What to include

A short description of what happened can help us understand the issue. If relevant, include:

• whether you are using iPhone, iPad, Android, or the web;
• the Merosa app version shown on your device;
• the steps you took immediately before the problem; and
• the exact error message, without private or identifying information.

Please protect your privacy. Do not email passwords, verification codes, payment details, addresses, or sensitive health information. Merosa support will never ask for your password.

Safety boundary

Merosa support is not an emergency or crisis service and is not monitored for immediate danger. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact the emergency service where you are now. In the United States or Canada, call or text 988 for crisis support and call 911 for immediate danger.
